By accessing or using KumaWorks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

KumaWorks is a cloud-based business management platform that provides:

  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Payroll management and automation
  • Attendance tracking
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Financial management and reporting
  • WhatsApp Business messaging integration

3. User Accounts

To use KumaWorks, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KumaWorks to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
  • Use the WhatsApp integration in violation of WhatsApp's policies

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of KumaWorks require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at sign-up
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into KumaWorks. We claim no ownership over your business data, employee information, or transaction records. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KumaWorks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KumaWorks shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
